Executive Assistant
Amphenol Military High Speed is seeking an Executive Assistant to work out of its state-of-the-art facility in Endicott, NY. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented team member who will provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and senior leadership. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to executives - managing schedules, coordinating communications, organizing meetings, and ensuring the efficient operation of day-to-day business activities.
This role requires exceptional discretion and confidentiality, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
The key responsibilities of this Executive Assistant include, but are not limited to:
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and assist with executive meetings, conference calls, lunches, off-site meetings, and special events
- Help coordinate company vehicle scheduling
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and other business documents as needed
- Assist in drafting professional correspondence and communications on behalf of leadership
- Coordinate PO Requisition s between Purchasing and the Controller
- Order department office supplies
- Assist with expediting and tracking Capital Appropriation Requests and Lease Forms
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with the highest level of integrity
- Represent the GM's office with professionalism and discretion
- Requires some domestic travel (approximately 5%)
- Other duties as needed
Location:
Endicott, NY
Pay: $60,000 - $85,000 estimated annual base
The key skills and qualities of an Executive Assistant at Amphenol Aerospace Operations:
- High school degree required; college degree preferred
- 4 or more years related office experience required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Strong time management and organizational skills required
