Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure meeting state requirements
• Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and providing counseling in school settings

• Familiarity with virtual counseling platforms and technology (for remote applicants)
• Commitment to advocating for student needs and educational equity

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer psycho educational assessments and interpret results for students referred for evaluations
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and 504 Plans
• Provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support
• Consult with teachers, families, and administrators to design effective interventions
• Support a positive school climate by implementing evidence-based social-emotional learning strategies
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Offer virtual or onsite services, according to school and family needs
