Junior Product Engineer
The Junior Product Engineer serves as a key technical interface between customers, sales, and internal engineering and product management teams for electrical connectors and cable assemblies. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, providing technical and sales support, product selection assistance, and ensuring clear communication to and from our global teams to support successful customer design in's.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement & Requirements Definition
- Quoting & Technical Sales Support
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Standard Product Development Support
- Quality & Issue Resolution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in engineering, applications engineering, or technical sales (internships included)
- Basic understanding of electrical systems (signal, power, shielding, grounding concepts)
- Familiarity with connectors, wire types, cable assemblies, and harnessing preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Comfortable working with BOMs, product specs, and cost drivers
- Basic CAD familiarity is helpful but not required
- Familiarity with ERP/PLM systems
- Strong communication skills (especially explaining technical concepts to non-engineers)
- Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and clarification skills
- Ability to organize and document requirements clearly and accurately
- Strong coordination and project tracking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work across global time zones as required
