We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Program Manager to manage multiple development programs and capture efforts for next generation Electric Propulsion and Power capabilities.

Working within the PPS Development portfolio, this role is responsible for project management of a range of development opportunities inclusive of hardware development, software development, proposal and capture activity. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational leadership skills, project management experience, proven performance to deliver on customer commitments, and the ability to shape and capture future development efforts. • Represents BAE Systems at senior levels across the industry and with government customers.
