Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in an aerospace and defense location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, perimeter areas, parking locations, and access points to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized entry attempts or policy violations.;
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs while communicating observations to appropriate site contacts.
