Job SummaryWe are recruiting an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader who will perform carpentry tasks including basic plumbing skills, electrics (like‑for‑like), patch plastering and tiling. Gilmartins works in social housing and provides reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations. The role requires work and travel in North London, covering areas such as Camden, Enfield and Edmonton.
Requirements- Full manual driving licence (not automatic)
- Own tools
- Fully qualified and able to provide copies of certificates
- DBS certificate
- ECS card – ideally
- Company van, fuel card, paid parking
- Mobile phone / PDA
