Fire Door Installer

Location: Enfield Town

Fraser Edwards are recruiting FRA Carpenters on behalf of a well-established and leading Social Housing Contractor. Due to continued growth and long-term contracts, the business is expanding its Fire Safety team, offering a secure and rewarding opportunity to join a company with a strong reputation and a clear future.

The Role

You will play a key part in delivering vital fire safety works across occupied social housing properties, helping to ensure compliance and tenant safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities

* Installing, repairing, and maintaining fire doors in properties and communal areas

* Fitting single and double fire doors, including front entrance doors

* Carrying out FRA-related remedial works in line with current fire safety regulations

* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of workmanship and compliance

* Working professionally and respectfully in occupied homes

Desirable

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry or City & Guilds qualification

* Previous social housing experience

* Experience carrying out FRA or fire door works
