Domestic & Commercial Gas Service & Maintenance Engineer

London & Home Counties
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per year

Domestic Heating Team is seeking an experienced Domestic & Commercial Gas Service & Maintenance Engineer to carry out servicing, maintenance, and breakdown work across London and the Home Counties.
This role involves working across both domestic properties and commercial sites, delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Your Role
* Service, repair and maintain boilers, heating systems and domestic gas appliances
* Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently and effectively
* Carry out annual services and routine maintenance
* Work within residential properties and managed blocks
* Complete boiler upgrades and occasional installations when required
* Achieve first-time fix targets and minimise recalls
* Provide clear updates to customers and the office team
* Complete digital job reports and compliance paperwork
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in service & breakdown of domestic gas appliances
* Valid domestic gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT1, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1)
* Valid commercial gas qualifications (COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, TPCP1/TPCP1A)
* Experience working within residential blocks or managed properties (preferred)
* Boiler installation/upgrade experience (beneficial but not essential)
* LPG qualifications (desirable but not essential)
* Full UK driving licence
* Professional, customer-focused approach with strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
