As a PSV/HGV Mechanic at Arriva London, you’ll be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing faults, and carrying out repairs on our fleet of London buses. You'll work to the highest standards set by Arriva and the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), ensuring our buses are safe, reliable, and ready for the road.

• Carry out periodic servicing
  , maintenance
  , inspections
  , and repairs in line with Arriva and DVSA standards.
• Improve vehicle reliability by performing continuous maintenance and proactive repairs.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT
  , conduct preventative maintenance campaigns, and perform quality checks.
• Diagnose faults and ensure all maintenance work aligns with Arriva’s high standards.

• Qualifications
  : PSV/HGV maintenance and repair qualifications, at least NVQ Level 2 or an equivalent international qualification (proof required).
• Experience
  :
  If you don’t have formal qualifications, we’ll consider candidates with at least 5 years of relevant PSV/HGV repair experience.
• Driving Licence
  : A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Medical
  :
  Ability to pass a PCV pre-employment medical.
