Position: Repairs Supervisor / Maintenance Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join a well-established and reputable property maintenance company.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Repairs Supervisor to oversee the delivery of responsive maintenance and repair services across West, North and East London. You will be responsible for leading a team of directly employed operatives and specialist subcontractors, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent leadership and organisational skills, driving operational performance while delivering an outstanding service to customers.

Key Responsibilities
 
* Supervise and support a team of multi-skilled operatives and subcontractors carrying out day-to-day maintenance and repair works.
 
* Plan and coordinate workloads to maximise productivity and ensure service level agreements and deadlines are consistently achieved.
 
* Monitor the quality of completed repairs through regular site inspections and audits, taking corrective action where necessary.
 
* Manage team performance by providing coaching, guidance and regular feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
 
* Ensure work orders, variations and associated documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with contractual requirements.
 
* Work closely with scheduling, customer service and contract management teams to maintain an efficient flow of work and resolve operational issues.
 
* Promote and maintain full compliance with health and safety legislation, company procedures and industry
Package:
 
* Salary up to £45,000 depending upon experience
 
* Company van and fuel card (Not private use)
 
* 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
