Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider
- Healthcare Environment – North London - £42,000
An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in North London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a healthcare building in North London.
Key duties & Responsibilities- Monitor mechanical plant
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Plumbing
- Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers - BMS System
- Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) - Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update Logbooks
- Working to Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance regimes
- Changing taps/washers
- Install and replace hot water cylinders, pipework, Boilers, Temperature check the repair and servicing of mechanical & electrical (M&E) equipment, PPM & reactive.
- Salary £42,000
- 20 shifts holiday
- Overtime available
- Opportunity for progression
4on 4 off day shift
08:00 - 20:00
Requirements- Plumbing or Mechanical qualified
- City & Guilds Level 2 - Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
