COMMERCIAL AIR CONDITIONING ENGINEER

Salary: £50,000
Location: Enfield
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Contract Type: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer to join an established building services and facilities maintenance business.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out PPM, reactive maintenance, servicing, repairs and fault finding across a range of commercial customer sites throughout Enfield and the surrounding area.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial air conditioning systems

• Attend reactive breakdowns and diagnose faults

• Service, repair and maintain air conditioning and HVAC systems

• Complete minor installations, replacements and remedial works where required

• Carry out electrical and mechanical fault finding

• Complete accurate digital service and maintenance reports

• Identify additional remedial works and communicate recommendations to customers

• Work safely in line with F-Gas and Health & Safety requirements

• Manage your own workload across multiple commercial sites

• Provide a professional and customer-focused service

• Experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer / AC Engineer

• Strong background in commercial air conditioning maintenance

• Experience with PPM, reactive maintenance and fault finding

• Confident working independently across multiple customer sites

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Full UK driving licence

• F-Gas Category 1

• FM / Building Services experience

• Commercial refrigeration experience

• NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

• IPAF / PASMA / CSCS

• 18th Edition

• Experience using CAFM or digital reporting systems

• £50,000 salary
