Role OverviewWe are seeking a School Administrator to play a key role in the smooth running of our school office. You will provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to staff, students, parents, and senior leaders, ensuring that daily operations run efficiently and professionally.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external agencies
Manage telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries professionally
Maintain accurate student records on the school MIS (Arbor/SIMS)
Support attendance processes and safeguarding documentation
Coordinate meetings, room bookings, and SLT diaries
Produce reports, letters, and communications on behalf of senior leaders
Assist with admissions paperwork and transition documentation
Support school events, open evenings, and parents' evenings
Maintain filing systems and ensure GDPR compliance
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Previous administration experience (school experience desirable but not essential)
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
High attention to detail and accuracy
Professional, approachable, and personable manner
Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality
Be part of a supportive, structured, and fast-paced administrative team

Receive training on all internal digital systems
