Lia Honda Enfield is seeking a Level A/A+ level Automotive Technician to join our team. Compensation range: $85,000 - $120,000.

• 3+ years of Service Technician experience.
• Diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair experience.
• State inspection certification.
• ASE certification (recommended).
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
• Computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership processes.
• Test‑drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed, providing an estimate of the time required for repairs.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
