We're not hiring because we're hoping business picks up.
We're hiring because we have more work than our current team can handle.
Our Enfield location is BUSY. The cars are here. The work is here. The opportunity is here.
We need an experienced Automotive Technician who can turn hours and wants a shop that gives them the opportunity to PRODUCE.
If you're a good tech stuck in a slow shop, let's talk.
You shouldn't be standing around waiting for your next RO.
You shouldn't have to fight for hours.
And you shouldn't have your earning potential limited because your shop can't put enough cars in the bays.
We have the opposite problem. What we're looking for:
- Experienced automotive technician
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical ability
- Someone who takes pride in producing quality work
- Someone who wants to TURN HOURS
- Dependable, driven and ready to work
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Strong earning potential for strong producers
- A steady flow of cars
- Plenty of work
- Opportunity to grow
- A high-volume organization where talented technicians can build a career
If you're already making good money somewhere else,
that's okay.
We're not looking for someone desperate for a job.
We're looking for a great technician who might be interested in a better opportunity.
Come see the shop. Meet the team. Look at the car count and the workload for yourself.
Worst case? You go back to work knowing you're in the right place.
Best case? You find out you've been leaving money on the table.
