ABOUT THE ROLE
As the chief on-site leader of our Connecticut manufacturing facility, you'll drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, profitability, and culture. Working closely with corporate leadership, you'll craft and execute strategies that strengthen all key functions - from production and financial operations to people development and continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead daily plant operations through a team of production managers and supervisors, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and financial targets are consistently met.
- Build and sustain a culture of employee engagement - one where team members have meaningful autonomy and collaboration as employee-owners.
- Champion operational excellence through continuous improvement across manufacturing, leadership development, regulatory compliance, and business relations.
- Partner with other divisions, suppliers, and customers to deliver strong service, seamless coordination, and sustainable sales growth.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes - serving as the go-to problem solver on the plant floor and beyond.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business management, or a related field
- 5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment, including P&L and budgeting responsibility
- Lean Six Sigma certification with 5+ years of hands‑on transformation work preferred
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with sharp problem‑solving instincts
- Strategic and financial planning capabilities
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and results‑driven
- Fluency in both English & Spanish
