About the ProgramManualized 26‑week program for adult men convicted of a domestic violence offense. Focuses on educating offenders on the impact of violence in various relationships and utilizing skills to manage stress and emotions in a more productive way.
About the PositionGroup Facilitator
Duties & Responsibilities- Attends trainings as assigned and required.
- Delivers the educational program in a group format.
- Provides case formulation related to client’s treatment readiness or developmental level and problem identification.
- Uses supervision/consultation to learn and provide more effective treatment services.
- Must attend supervision as assigned for the program.
- Maintains documentation in compliance with agency and program standards.
- Participates in staff meetings, supervision, trainings, and other meetings as assigned.
- Performs additional duties as required.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s preferred. - Experience with substance abuse or domestic violence content area; experience with group or educational settings.
- Training in the content area of group work.

$26.00/hr minimum. Our per diem and fee-for-service positions offer a flat hourly rate.
