You will be a graduate or Junior Engineer who will thrive in a collaborative team and can readily demonstrate your problem solving and time management skills. You will be working in a role with real responsibilities within your first few months. As a Graduate or junior Engineer, you will gain hands-on practical experience and on-the-job-training while being supported by experienced, talented Project team members.

To be successful in this, the ideal candidate would be either a Graduate/Junior with Engineering qualifications or relevant on-site experience and qualifications looking to transition to an office environment.

• Dealing with high level, urgent and confidential issues
• Managing varied and conflicting demands to meet agreed standards and timelines
• Assisting the project team with HSQE documentation and reporting

• Strong relationship building and teamwork skills
• Flexible attitude and ability to work with various people across the industry
• Committed to learning and eager to take on new challenges
• Drive to succeed and high energy levels

• Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Ability to build professional networks within Kelly Rail and externally within the industry
• Presentation skills
• A working knowledge of relevant regulations, engineering codes and standards
