The Town of Enfield, CT is seeking an experienced Town Manager to lead municipal operations under a council‑manager system. The Town Council consists of 11 members and appoints the Town Manager who will implement policy and oversee day‑to‑day administration.
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in public administration or government, at least five years in public administration, ten or more years in public‑sector leadership, and a valid CT driver’s license.
