- Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals, delivering services and advice to a variety of industries across the entire employee lifecycle
- Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
- Support clients to identify future employment or training options
- Using your clinical knowledge, facilitate solutions for customers with varied needs. Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise – including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments
- Case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goals
- Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships
- The care and compassion you have for people

- Your ability to adapt and work with a variety of clients across a range of tasks
- Your capacity to work independently or as part of a team
- Your enthusiasm for new opportunities and ongoing learning
- Your commitment to being part of a collaborative and supportive team
- Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA as an EP
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- A current Working with Children Check
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
