Responsibilities:- Greet patients, families, and visitors, and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Manage patient registration, scheduling, and check-out processes
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and medical information
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, nurses, and other staff members
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phones, filing, and scanning documents
- Uphold high standards of patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
