Join a team as a Traffic Safety Protector, responsible for setting up and taking down traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barricades.
Your duties include guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, monitoring site activity, and maintaining safety protocols experienced through comprehensive training.
You will communicate effectively with crew and supervisors, assist in keeping equipment and vehicles safe and clean, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Qualificationsinclude a valid driver’s license, ability to stand, walk, lift 40-50 pounds, and work in traffic and diverse weather. Flexibility, punctuality, and passing a drug screening are required. Safety awareness and respectful conduct are essential.
Compensation and Benefitsinclude hourly pay ($19.50–$20.25), overtime, paid training, traffic safety certification, paid time off, health insurance, 401(k), employee assistance, and referral bonuses.
