We are currently seeking a talented Sheet Metal Fabricator who possesses hands-on experience utilizing conventional machinery and working specifically with aluminum materials.
Core Duties and Competencies- Execute high-quality aluminum sheet metal production tasks.
- Utilize various conventional shop equipment, including:
- Lathes and milling machines
- Torch Mate plasma cutting systems
- Boss Laser cutting technology
- Press brake machinery
- Grinding, drilling, and shearing tools
- 3-axis Bridgeport CNC equipment
- Ensure precision by accurately interpreting complex technical schematics and blueprints.
- Demonstrate a deep knowledge of various tooling, material properties, and fabrication techniques to improve shop efficiency.
- Verify that all components meet strict quality standards by utilizing micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
- Hourly pay rate ranging from $28 to $35.
- Standard first-shift hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
