Does an environment that allows for a complete focus on quality resident care sound good to you?

The Felician Sisters of North America is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN leader to oversee nursing services within our peaceful, person-directed Care Center serving elder Catholic Sisters in Enfield, Connecticut.

This role offers something increasingly rare in healthcare leadership: the opportunity to focus fully on quality resident care, meaningful relationships, and staff support — without the pressure of maintaining census targets, maximizing reimbursements, or navigating a high-volume corporate environment.

We are seeking a visible, collaborative nursing leader who values dignity, compassion, teamwork, and person-centered care. This is an opportunity to serve women who have devoted their lives to caring for others through education, healthcare, ministry, and service.

If you are looking for meaningful leadership work in a mission-driven environment where relationships matter, we would love to connect with you.
