Length of Position: 1 year projected from start date.
Summary of PositionSeeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide patient care, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and promote positive patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Duties for the position- Responds to all codes and documents appropriately
- Counts, signs count book, and temp log
- Quality improvement audits
- Stock treatment room weekly on Saturdays
- RHU Placements (RHU Nurse)
- Treatments after meds are completed
- Check daily injections
- Collect Sick call slips from mailroom
- Collect med delivery box and scan and pass out KOP meds
- Check stock meds and order as needed weekly Sundays
- Takes direction and delegation of tasks from Lead nurse
- MUST HAVE A VALID REGISTERED NURSING LICENSE.
