Certified Nurse Aide CNA Parttime Overnights

We are hiring dedicated, compassionate Nurse Aides, CNAs, and Caregivers to provide person‑centered, resident‑focused, quality care for elder Franciscan sisters.

Part‑time position on overnights (9:45 pm – 6:15 am) in a convent home environment in Enfield, CT.

• Provide direct care to elder Franciscan sisters, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, dining, transporting, and restorative care. Document care as required and communicate with residents, family members, management, and staff to ensure quality care for every sister. Assist and collaborate with nursing staff in duties related to the ongoing needs of the residents according to established standards.
• Work together with all departments to support the religious life of sisters, contributing to a warm and caring convent environment. Engage in quality interpersonal experiences with sisters and meaningful interactions during each day. Teamwork and partnerships among all departments are critical to achieving sister satisfaction and a thriving living and working environment.

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Current or lapsed Certified Nurse Aide certification on file with the state in which the health services are located is a PLUS but not required.
• Long‑term resident care or home care experience is preferred but not required.
