We are hiring dedicated, compassionate Nurse Aides, CNAs, and Caregivers to provide resident‑focused, quality care for elder Franciscan sisters in a convent home environment in Enfield, CT on a part‑time overnight schedule (9:45 pm – 6:15 am).

The position requires rotating shifts as follows:

• Week 1:
  Sunday, Thursday, Saturday
• Week 2:
  Monday, Tuesday

• Provide direct care to elder Franciscan sisters, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, dining, transporting, and restorative care.
• Document care for sisters as required and communicate with residents, family members, management, and staff to ensure quality care for every sister.
• Assist and collaborate with the nursing staff with duties related to the ongoing needs of the residents according to established standards.
• Support the religious life of sisters by contributing to a warm and caring convent environment and engaging in meaningful interactions every day.
• Work collaboratively with all departments to maintain partnerships, teamwork, and a thriving living and working environment.

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Current or lapsed Certified Nurse Aide certification on file with the state (preferred but not required).
• Long‑term resident care or home care experience preferred but not required.
