Make a Difference in a Child's LifeAffirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and seeking compassionate, experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care to a 1-year-old pediatric girl with a tracheostomy, ventilator, and feeding tube in the comfort of her home in Fairfield County, Connecticut
.
This is a rewarding opportunity for an LPN who is confident providing pediatric complex-care support and wants to make a meaningful difference in the life of a child and her family.
Available Shifts- Day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Overnight shifts
- Weekend shifts
- Flexible per diem scheduling
- Starting at $40.00 per hour
- Weekly pay via direct deposit

- One-on-one patient assignment

- Ongoing clinical education and training
- Dedicated nursing and administrative support
- Active Connecticut LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred
- Experience with tracheostomy, ventilator, and feeding tube care strongly preferred
- Home care, hospital, or acute-care pediatric experience preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- Current TB screening, including PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or chest X-ray documentation when applicable
