About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Parkway Pavilion Health & Rehabilitation Center. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring that our patients receive the utmost attention, respect, and compassion. In this full-time position, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, implement evidence-based practices, and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and high levels of satisfaction

  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to promote effective communication and coordination of care

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient

  • Monitor and evaluate patient care activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards

  • Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to identify and implement best practices and promote a culture of continuous learning and growth

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care, empathy, and respect for diversity

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
    , current and active in the state of Connecticut

  • Leadership experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a long-term care setting

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
