Oversee shifts weekly to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.;
Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.;
Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards.;
Communicate effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare to run a great shift.;
Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during their shift.
