Sales Assistant/Executive - Oriental Specialist

We are looking for driven and results-oriented sales professionals to join our restructured call centre Sales team. If you have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals, this is the opportunity for you!

• Customer-Centric Approach – Understands customer needs and matches them with the right products.
• Experience in Sales or Telesales – Previous experience in an outbound sales environment is highly desirable.
• Strong Computer Skills – Familiarity with Dynamics AX and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Language Skills – Knowledge of Thai, Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Eligibility to Work in the UK – Must have the right to live and work in the UK.

• Input orders into the system for collection and delivery.
• Identify sales opportunities to grow existing customer accounts.
• Generate sales through contact with prospective customers.
• Respond efficiently to queries with appropriate information on products and services.
• Manage designated accounts.
• Interact with customers and process sales quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Initiate sales leads to promote product sales and increase annual turnover, in line with sales targets.
• Act as a sales representative when required.
