Job Overview
Due to recently winning new contracts in the area, our client is recruiting for an experienced and qualified Legionella Plumber. You will be attending a range of commercial, domestic and public sector premises, conducting predominantly pre-planned remedial duties, and some urgent works when needed. Our client is able to offer excellent cross‑training into other areas of the industry, so this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and growing outfit.

Experience & Qualifications- Experience working as a Legionella Plumber within an established outfit
- Must hold NVQ Level 1 and 2 in Plumbing as a minimum
- Ideally qualified with the G3 Unvented ticket
- Fully conversant in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- Adaptable to changing travel requirements
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- Undertake a wide variety of remedial duties as a result of highlighted compliance issues from legionella risk assessments
- Removal of deadlegs
- TMV servicing, replacements and installations
- Refurbishments and replacements of cold water storage tanks
- Valve inspections and replacements
- Calorifier inspections and disinfections
- Make necessary modifications and replacements of existing pipework
- Fault find on site and make appropriate recommendations for works
Order necessary materials and parts - Price works and submit to clients
- Keep an accurate log of completed works
- Work to agreed deadlines and project scopes
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
