Family Ford of Enfield is seeking an experienced Fleet & Truck Technician to join our growing service team.

This position is ideal for a skilled technician with expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining medium-duty trucks, commercial fleet vehicles, and work trucks.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring fleet customers minimize downtime and keep their vehicles operating safely and efficiently.

• Diagnose and repair Ford fleet and commercial vehicles
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
• Service engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical, steering, and suspension systems
• Use Ford diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately
• Complete repair documentation and communicate findings clearly
• Maintain productivity and quality standards

• 2+ years of experience as a Fleet, Diesel, Medium-Duty Truck, or Heavy-Duty Truck Technician
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in diesel and gasoline-powered commercial vehicles
• Experience servicing medium-duty trucks, fleet vehicles, chassis cabs, utility trucks, and commercial work vehicles
• Ford certification preferred;
  Ford Pro or Commercial Vehicle experience is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must possess a complete set of professional technician tools
• CDL license preferred
