Ford Master Technician
Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour (Flat Rate).
Location:
Enfield, CT.
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Ford Certified Technicians.

- Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Carry out advanced electrical and mechanical diagnostics
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately
- Maintain detailed repair documentation
- Ensure all work meets Ford quality and safety requirements
- Support and mentor junior technicians when required
- Current Ford Certified Master Technician certification
- Proven experience within a Ford dealership environment
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
- Valid driving licence
- Excellent work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
