What You’llBe Doing

You’llbe working closely with clients of all backgrounds, supporting them with culturally safe and holistic services that help them overcome barriers and reach their goals.

You’ll:

  • Utilise your specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations

  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness

  • Help mob identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests

  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments

  • Responsible for case management to plan, coordinate and monitor our client's progress toward their return-to-work goal

Who We’re Looking For We’rekeen to hear from mob who:
  • Have tertiary qualifications in Allied Health (OT, Physio, AEP, Psych, Rehab Counselling, Social Work)

  • Are registered with the relevant professional body

  • Have experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities

  • Are open toa pre-employment checks
