CHR Community Health Resources, Inc. seeks a Recovery Coach for the Department of Corrections in Hartford-Enfield, CT. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm, located across DOC facilities in Enfield and Hartford.
You will support inmates’ recovery goals and coordinate with treatment teams to provide Medication Assisted Treatment. The candidate will have CPSRP or CCAR recovery certifications or obtain them within 6 months, plus a valid driver’s license.
