CDL A Hazmat Driver

Now hiring for a CDL A Hazmat Driver
Location: Enfield, CT
Pay Rate: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Varied start time between 9 PM and 2 AM

• Current Hazmat endorsement required
• Ability to safely operate a tractor-trailer and transport hazardous materials in compliance with DOT regulations
• Experience delivering palletized freight in a multi-stop route environment preferred
• Ability to unload freight using a pallet jack
• Comfortable handling touch freight and physically loading/unloading products as needed
• Strong knowledge of DOT safety regulations, logbooks, and vehicle inspections
• Ability to work overnight routes Monday through Friday
• Reliable attendance and strong time-management skills
• Clean driving record and ability to pass required background, drug screening, and DOT physical requirements
• Ability to travel throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, Delaware, and Rhode Island
• Customer-service mindset and professional communication skills when making deliveries
• Ability to lift, move, and maneuver freight safely throughout the workday
• Commitment to safe driving practices and maintaining delivery schedules
• Willingness to operate primarily on regional routes with no inner-city New York City driving required

• Valid CDL-A license
• Current Hazmat endorsement required
• DOT Medical Card
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR
• 1-year CDL experience (within the past 3 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)
