Job Description:
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual close
- Complex accounting reconciliations
- Responsible for leading teams of general ledger accounting, vendor billing, cash reconciliation, fixed assets and related capital expenditure accounting.
- Communicating back and forth with operations and warehouse team to ensure things are resolved.
- Prepare and review schedules for internal and external auditors
- GL, journal entries, balances
- Oversight and maintenance of auto-deducts from bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and proper timing, then entering into Net Suite
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
- Experienced with Net Suite
- CPA or MBA
- 10 years of experience within accounting
- SAP experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, stay organized within Net Suite
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
