Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Overview

We are partnering with a well-established organization in the 80112 area to identify a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to oversee the company's day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable owning the full accounting cycle and can operate independently while supporting leadership with accurate financial reporting. This is a hands‑on opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys managing the full scope of accounting in a fast‑paced environment.

This position is paying between $25/hr and $28/hr depending on experience.

• Manage full-cycle accounting
  , including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year‑end financial statements
• Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee records (if applicable)
• Maintain and monitor cash flow and budgets
• Prepare and submit sales and use tax filings

• 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles and full-cycle accounting
• Experience with accounting software (Quick Books, Sage, or similar required)
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, data organization)
• Experience handling payroll and tax filings preferred
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of accounting functions
