Schedule:

Tues-Thursday in office

• Assist with drafting of engagement documents including planning documents, risk and control matrices, test templates, emails for support requests or follow up procedures, stakeholder presentations, and final reports/communications.
• Lead SOX walkthroughs and manage completion of testing for entire processes.
• Develop documentation for new processes including drafting narratives and identification of risks and controls.
• Assist with development of audit steps during fieldwork.
• Show initiative in identifying and completing needed audit tasks.
• Complete routine/recurring tasks with minimal guidance.
• Utilize prior year audit work papers, industry and company knowledge to assist with successful completion of all audit planning and fieldwork activities.
• Complete detailed audit testing, ask questions and provide progress updates to the audit lead to ensure objectives of testing are being fulfilled.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills by completing tasks on time and foresee and communicate needed due date adjustments in a timely manner.
• Communicate project status updates and any findings or observations as they are identified.
• Contribute to team meetings including fraud/risk brainstorming meetings.

• Strong understanding of internal control concepts.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of SOX experience.
• Public Accounting experience required.
• Public Company experience preferred.
• Ability to travel 5%.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field (required).
• 2-3 years of relevant audit experience in public accounting or internal audit.
