We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the company's receivables, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and payment tracking.
• Conduct commercial collections to ensure timely receipt of outstanding payments.
• Handle cash applications, ensuring accurate allocation of payments to accounts.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare reports on receivables status and provide updates to management.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure smooth payment processes.
• Assist with auditing and compliance tasks related to accounts receivable.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in receivables management.
• Work closely with the finance team to coordinate cash flow operations.
• Any AR person with construction experience is huge plus!
