Job Title: Assistant Controller (Temporary, Full-Time)
Location: Onsite – Englewood, CO 80110
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm (35–40 hours per week; flexible schedule)
Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Controller for a temporary, full‑time position. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting expertise and experience in bookkeeping or accounts payable.
Key Responsibilities- Process invoices and assist with vendor statement reconciliation
- Track expenses and manage payments
- Support inventory reconciliation, sales order revenue reconciliation, and journal entry postings
- 1 to 3 years of bookkeeping or accounts payable experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in accounting or finance is a plus
- Proficiency with Quick Books Online or Desktop
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
$24.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience
ScheduleMonday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. We offer flexible hours, with a weekly schedule of 35–40 hours.
