Accounts Payable Specialist

Robert Half is partnering with a growing manufacturing client on an Accounts Payable Specialist opening. This role will report to the Controller and be part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including 3-way matching
• Code invoices and expenses to the appropriate GL account, cost center, and accounting period
• Coordinate with department leaders and general managers to obtain proper payment approvals
• Research and resolve accounts payable issues in a timely manner
• Issue customer refunds, ensuring proper supporting documentation
• Process and oversee employee expense reimbursements and reporting
• Monitor and manage the accounts payable email inbox, routing inquiries appropriately
• Collect and maintain vendor W-9 documentation
• File all vendor payments and supporting documents electronically
• Perform additional accounting-related duties as assigned

This role is 100% in office. To be considered must live in Colorado.
