Assistant Controller
Partnering with a hospitality company in Denver, CO seeking an Assistant Controller. The Assistant Controller will be responsible for financial reporting/close management, team leadership, technical accounting and audit support, intercompany accounting and more.
Duties include:
- owning the consolidated financial statements/intercompany transaction process
- establishing a close calendar, overseeing the monthly close process
- providing financial data to leadership
- supporting budgeting and forecasting
- leading a large team
- partnering with external audit and tax partners to facilitate requirements for filings and compliance
