Sr Corporate Accountant

Senior Corporate Accountant Denver Tech Center Area | Monday–Thursday In OfficeA growing, multi-entity organization is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to join its corporate accounting team.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key accounting functions while working closely with business leaders and contributing to process improvements.

What You'll DoPrepare complex journal entries, including accruals, allocations, prepaid amortization, and intercompany transactions.

Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process.

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.

Partner with leaders across multiple business units as a key accounting resource.

Assist with audit requests and supporting schedules.

Research accounting issues and ensure compliance with GAAP.Help improve accounting processes, policies, and procedures.

Participate in special projects and other ad hoc accounting needs.

What We're Looking For3+ years of accounting experience.

Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.

Public accounting experience is a plus!

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
