Korn Ferry is partnering with a consumer products and distribution organization in their search for a Senior Accountant.
Position SummaryThe Senior Accountant will support financial reporting, month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations while partnering with business leaders and assisting with audits and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaids, allocations, and intercompany transactions
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and P&L reporting
- Research accounting issues and ensure GAAP compliance
- Support audits and audit schedules
- Partner with business units to improve financial reporting
- Assist with accounting process and policy improvements
- Handle ad hoc projects and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–7 years of accounting experience
- Strong GAAP, reconciliation, and financial reporting knowledge
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work onsite 4 days a week in Englewood, CO.
