Why this job – STAFF ACCOUNTANT:

Join this dynamic, growing agriculture investment firm as their Staff Accountant to support corporate accounting and portfolio entity operations. • Month-End Close: Partner directly with the Accounting Manager during the month-end close process.
  • Board & Financial Reporting: Assist in compiling and managing quarterly board materials and financial packages.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
  • Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or actively on track to obtain a CPA is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Technical

    Skills:

Strong Excel capabilities. Familiarity with Net Suite and AI tools a major plus.
  • Mindset: Service-oriented personality, strong interpersonal skills, and a curiosity to learn.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working within a small, agile team.
Where and How Much:
  • Target Compensation: $75K – $90K base salary + 5% annual bonus target.
  • Work Model: 100% In-Office
  • Benefits: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees (85% for dependents), unlimited PTO policy, 401(k) with match up to 5%, and access to an on-site gym.
