Compensation

$35 - $45 /hr depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Executive Assistant to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Manage executive calendars and schedules
  • Plan corporate events and lunches
  • Assist with board meeting preparations
  • Handle expense reports and budgeting
  • Ensure smooth communication within the executive team
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 3+ years supporting senior executives/C‑Suite
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle tasks independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Concur travel software
  • Understanding of publicly held company structures
  • Experience supporting Board of Directors
  • 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance
