Founded in 2020, the company is headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, with additional facilities in Knoxville, Tennessee, Loveland Ohio, and Mount Vernon, Ohio. Beehive is committed to grow and advance the defense industrial base while manufacturing exclusively in the USA. This role will be located at our Englewood, Colorado facility.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized administrative professional to join our team as an Office Manager. While the primary focus of this role will be managing office operations, this individual will also play a key role in driving employee engagement and supporting HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks and will excel in working independently with minimal supervision.

Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to support a fast-paced, high-energy team.

What You ll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all guests, visitors, and new team members.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace.
  • Manage incoming communications and mail distribution.
  • Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and visitor arrangements.
  • Interact professionally and effectively with clients, staff, and vendors in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with HR to support employee engagement programs, including recognition events, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into company culture.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to engagement, wellness programs, and office needs.
  • Support internal communications by drafting and distributing HR and engagement-related content.
  • Manage and coordinate all logistical details for facility use, including meeting rooms, the food and beverage program, and visitor logs.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating with vendors and service providers.
  • Serve on the Employee Experience team, supporting our culture and mission while fostering an environment where employees can thrive.
You have
  • 2+ years of experience in office management or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Passion for creating an engaging and positive workplace culture.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to act with a sense of urgency, and committed to contributing to company growth.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Nice to have
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $70,000-$100,000 base salary. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
