POSITION SUMMARY

Englewood Public Schools is seeking an Information Specialist to support, manage, and maintain the Student Information System (SIS), Infinite Campus, ensuring student data remains up to date and accurate for district and state reporting needs manage specific state reporting collections.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, an effective communicator, and a critical thinker.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior experience with School Information Systems (SIS) and SQL Databases is preferred or willingness to learn.
  • Working knowledge of the operations of a school district and state reporting requirements is essential.
  • Strong computer skills with considerable experience in MS Office (Excel) and data entry
  • Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, organizational skills & attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently in solving problems.
  • Ability to conduct training and informational meetings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate and manage the following state data submissions:
    Student October Count, SPED
